even more fixing of the dragon claw

as everyone knows the dragon claw has many bugs/glitches and i would just like to suggest to try fix one that i see crucial in the way of using it. when it comes to the spec it can show up to 120-160 damage and still just harm a player for like 1/3 of that or 1/2 and i think that should be fixed even claws have to be handed back for even more tweaks duo the massive actual hit it would have if it really had been fixed.
